SEMARA lost a dear friend on Monday, February 5, 2007. William M. Miller, Jr., K1IBR passed away early in the morning after a brief illness. Armand, W1BUG and Tim, N1TI along with a few other SEMARA members have contributed the following photos which Tim has assembled into this short piece. Rest in peace Bill.
